CMC Riser Yard

This project was a design/build of a 12-acre development and included a levee system. Justin J. Reeves, LLC placed rip rap to build the levee system and brought in limestone to stabilize the entire site. Development also included the completion of workflow analysis of the building to ensure the successful lifting and moving of up to 70,000LB of deep water riser pipe throughout the building and into the yard. Special features also include twin gantry crane building.

Justin J. Reeves, LLC was responsible for all activities to prepare CMC’s yard and facilities to hold the riser pipe. We engineered and oversaw all aspects including pile driving for pipe supports, earthworks, fabric placement for rock, rock placement for levee system, and surveying for construction and as built drawings. JJR also self-performed the concrete work which included elevated foundation with embedded rail system for the gantry crane system.
