Private Design/Build Project

Designed and engineered new office/warehouse facility to fit the requirements of oil distribution company. Project included surveying, installation and maintenance of a SWPP plan and erosion control features, installation of a new foundation, a new heavy duty access road, erection of a new pre-engineered metal building, and frame and finish out the new office area to include new electrical service, new HVAC system, new fire-line for a fire hydrant, and plumbing for kitchen and restrooms. New sub-surface drainage system was designed and installed to correctly manage storm-water.
