Grand Lake Shoreline
JJR Company worked diligently to restore and protect the shoreline at Tebo Point. This included the install of temporary buoys and signage, excavation of the flotation/excavation channel, installation of Geotextile and rip rap, pile driving, replacement of biodegradable materials to permanent spoil placement areas, use of barges in conjunction with equipment (such as excavators with rock handling buckets for placement of materials needed), light loading of barges from 5-9 ft. deep, surveying, project management, supervision, quality control, installation of settlement plates, and flotation access. All of this done following and adhering to Coast guard regulations for markings, lighting, etc. Our team developed the site, backfilled and filled the area where designated, and were working on hydrological and ecological restoration.
